Monophasic Implants
Monophasic implants are designed with a special focus on minimizing invasive surgical procedures. Thanks to their geometric conformation, their position is made possible quite simply inside the jaw, protecting and preserving the bone structure. The fact that the implant itself also contains the prosthetic abutment eliminates the need for a second surgical phase and reduces treatment time and discomfort for the patient. It also allows for the immediate application of the provisional prosthesis, thus enabling an immediate restoration of compromised function and aesthetics.
These implants are composed of pure titanium (without the presence of alloys) in Titanium grade III, enabling the bending of the prosthetic abutment according to clinical requirements, and in Titanium grade IV, where bending is not possible.

Titan's Barat
Titanium bars are rods made of titanium. They enable the attachment of implants positioned in the mouth by achieving accumulative torque in the resulting implant structure.
You can find them for sale in two forms: cylindrical and plate form.
They are made of titanium grade II and titanium grade IV.
The dimensions of the bars are:
– Diameter 1.2mm in Titanium grade IV
– Diameter 1.5 and 2 mm in Titanium grade II
Intraoral Welding Machine | Usage
The machine body is completely modern and has a touch screen, which allows setting the necessary parameters for the welding process, according to the case presented.
The pedal serves to deliver the welding impulse in complete autonomy, leaving hands free to continue with intraoral manipulation.
The welding handle, very light and ergonomic, through the joining of its welding lips between the implant and the titanium bar, enables the syncrystallization of the latter two. The pulse initiated conveys a very high temperature of 1860 degrees without damaging the peri-implant tissues, in a very short time (only 4 ms).
It is used in both the Monophasic implant system and the Biphasic implant system.
The use of an intraoral welder offers a high guarantee for the immediate loading process, as it provides more secure stabilization of the implant during the critical transition from primary implant stability to secondary implant stability.
Also, through the welding process, a more efficient distribution of the loads created in the mouth during the chewing process is enabled.
