Training for Monophasic Implants
This training is designed with the clear aim of transforming theoretical concepts into measurable clinical skills. Success is the result of a close combination of knowledge with direct practice on the patient and, therefore, this formative process will support you from the auditorium to the operating room.
It is a unique opportunity to gain valuable clinical skills and achieve success in the field of implantology, even in difficult clinical and anatomical conditions that will arise in daily work.
The year-long journey of this training is not just a series of lectures, but a transformative journey where you will see an implant-prosthesis completely different from the one you know.
How and why did it come into being as a training?
The beginnings of this training date back to 2019, in a friendly discussion among colleagues. The request for a valid alternative to traditional implantology and Dr. Kreshnik's desire to shed light on an implant systematic that has unfortunately been forgotten, concretized the first theoretical-practical training in Contemporary Monophasic Implantology.
What is the purpose of this training?
The main goal of this training is to highlight the great operational potential that the Monophasic system offers to the dentist. Thanks to the procedural simplicity that the system offers, intertwined with rigorous surgical and prosthetic protocols consolidated over decades and with numerous follow-ups, it conveys theoretical knowledge and practical skills to the participating doctors, with the aim of being more confident in implant-prosthetic rehabilitations in difficult clinical conditions.
What do doctors benefit from this training?
This is a BRAND-FREE training that originates from the clinician and is directed at the clinician, where nothing is sold (implants/kits), but there are only professional benefits. Every doctor who participates in this training minimally creates a new horizon on oral implantology.
Doctors manage to perform a wide variety of rehabilitations, ranging from a monodental to an overdenture in patients with bone atrophy, with various systemic pathologies, where mini-invasive interventions are required and with reduced economic conditions.

Endodontic Training
Endodontic training carried out in collaboration with one of the most prominent doctors of the moment in Italy. Dr. Giovanni Messina is a dentist specializing in the treatment of dental pathologies. He is currently an opinion leader and holds numerous courses and conferences in Italy.
Although outside the sphere of implant influence, Dr. Messina's arrival in Tirana was made possible to share with Albanian colleagues his theoretical experience and practical skills in a training where each participating doctor had the opportunity to apply through hands-on on extracted teeth the theoretical concepts assimilated during the lecture.
Purpose and importance of this training
The purpose of this training is to disseminate important notions for any doctor who aims to treat dental pathologies with a mini-invasive perspective. Dr. Messina, through a codified protocol and state-of-the-art instruments, enables a mini-invasive radicular treatment.
Preservation of dental structure leads to long-term surgical success and significantly reduces stripping and root fractures. The importance of this training is precisely related to the benefits gained from assimilating the given notions. Mini-invasiveness is the key to success in every field of dentistry and not only.
